Cancellation and Returns
Cancellations to your order
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, we will not be able to entertain a cancellation request if the process of producing/shipping your order has already been initiated.
The absolute satisfaction of our customers with our products and our service is critical to us. Therefore we have put in place a clear and transparent Replacement / Refund policy to avoid any ambiguity.
Please note that we will make a refund or replacement only in a scenario when a product is delivered to you in a broken / damaged condition, if there are any manufacturing defects in the product or if an incorrect product is delivered.
We request that you make all refund/ replacement requests due to above reasons within 24 hours of receiving the order. It would not be possible for us to entertain a request post this period.
b) Damaged Delivery:
Please decline to accept a shipment that shows signs of severe damage in transit and update us on the same. We shall send you a replacement piece if we have the product in stock. Given we keep limited quantities, in a situation where we do not have a fresh piece, you may choose to buy a different product /products of matching value, else we will refund your order value to you.
If the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state. please email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to email@example.com to initiate a refund/ replacement on the same.
c) Incorrect Delivery
In an unlikely event, where the product that is delivered to you differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, colour or quantity from what had been ordered by you, we would be happy rectify the error, by taking back the sent order at our cost and we will ship you a replacement product. In case we don’t have a piece in stock we will refund the entire amount.

d) Other Reasons
If you do intend to return a product that you have purchased due to any other reasons following will apply:
We will be able to entertain such requests only upto 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product will have to be shipped back by you at your cost.
Once we receive them and ascertain that they are saleable, we will make a refund after deducting the initial shipping cost and any transaction charges applicable.
This process will take time and your refund will take approximately 7 working days to get processed at our end post receiving the product. The actual transfer to your account or card will depend on your issuing bank.

The authorisation to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Bubblewrap Store. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product. Or, upon your request, we will proceed with the refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account.
Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:
- Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.
- Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information.
There might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures due to the technological limitations in such presentation and the difference created by lighting and type of display screens used. A lot of products being handmade may have minor variations in final finish. However, these differences in finish in no way make the goods unsaleable for any purpose. The buyer acknowledges this risk while she/he agrees to these terms and conditions.
